Used in medium consistency bleaching process stage of paper and pulp industry for mixing chemicals/steam and pulp.

■ Features

◎ Use three-vanes rotor. Rotor at a high speed can make pulp fluidization and thus destroy fiber meshwork structure, which is beneficial to full mixing of pulp.

◎ Inner structure with screw rib can avoid staying of pulp in shell body, thereby reducing pressure loss.

◎ Rotation direction of rotor is perpendicular to flow direction of pulp, which can avoid separating out of bleaching agent, thereby saving chemicals.

◎ After is connedted in series with the medium pump,energy-saving effects are obvious.
